I hope your summer is great! I can hardly believe that we are halfway through. This is a little reminder to stay hydrated. Get creative if you like. There are so many ways to enjoy water!
As for the Zumba schedule, I am putting our Saturday morning class on hold for the rest of the summer. It is tricky with many people of vacations, including myself, and so many fun things happening over the weekends. Stay active - take a hike, get out the bike or head to the pool. Enjoy the outdoors and get some vitamin D from the sunshine. I will update when classes start up again.
For now, I will just see you for Zumba on Monday nights at 9:00pm!
