UPDATE 7/22/13 : My first Insanity live class will be 9:00pm Thursday, 7/25/13 at the karate studio just west of Walmart in Saratoga Springs.  It will be a free demo class, so tell a friend and come on out!  Then starting August 8th you can plan on regular Insanity classes every Thursday night at 9:00pm.  Come get your sweat on!
