  1. How do you sign up? Do I need to go to the karate studio to sign up? Is there a beginner class?

  2. HI! Just show up to class and we will get you going! I have a class tonight at 9:00pm. You don't need to show up more than a few minutes before class, it just takes a second. I try to keep the routines simple and build on them so you can come if you are a beginner or if you have some experience. I do have a Beginning Zumba class I will be starting through the UVU continuing ed community classes where I really break down the moves. That will be mornings. Most people can just jump into a regular class. Feel free with any other questions you have. I am told I have several beginners coming tonight so you will feel at home :) See you soon - Jenn
