Here we go!  Got my certification training a few days ago from Shaun T, the man himself.  I will be adding Insanity live classes to my Saratoga Springs schedule in the next few weeks.  Get ready to dig deeper!

UPDATE 7/22/13 : My first Insanity live class will be 9:00pm Thursday, 7/25/13 at the karate studio just west of Walmart in Saratoga Springs.  It will be a free demo class, so tell a friend and come on out!  Then starting August 8th you can plan on regular Insanity classes every Thursday night at 9:00pm.  Come get your sweat on!

ACES class schedule

We had a great grand opening.   It's easy to find, just take Redwood to 2100 North and east past the freeway and up the hill.  It is on the left one block before Timp Highway. They are waiting toward end of
summer or early fall to bring on the group classes.  Keep watching...

New Zumba class at ACES Athletics!

I am happy to announce that I will be teaching the Zumba morning classes for the brand new ACES Athletics facility in North Lehi www.acesathletics.com !  32,000 square feet of volleyball courts, PEAK training, 5 star chef in the food court, and great workout and personal training areas.  Come and see the new place and join us for a free Grand Opening Zumba class Saturday, April 13th at 10:00AM.

Great time celebrating Carnival Brazil!

Great time with my ladies that came to dance and celebrate together!  We had so much fun dressing up Brazilian style, and dancing lots of Samba, Brazilian Funk and other fun Zumba songs.  Join us for our next fun class!

I am inviting you out for our first Zumba Date Night.  This will be lots of fun!  Mark your calendar now for Friday, February 22nd at 7:00pm.  Plan to bring your date with you!

 

This Zumba class will feature lots of man-friendly songs, easy to pick-up moves, and a chance to dance as couples for a few minutes.  Get ready to make a date of it!

 

Cost for Date Night will run $15 per couple (cheaper than a movie date!), but for our very first time it will be just $10 per couple if you get your tickets in advance of the day.  Get them soon before Date Night sells out!  Please note this will be a separate event from our Z-pass and is not included in the monthly membership. Tickets will be available at our regular Zumba classes.

 

Be sure to tell your man this is about having fun and no dance experience is necessary.  Everyone will get their workout and since we love 'em we wanna help keep their heart healthy.  Do something different for date night!

Resolution kick-off party tonight!

We survived the holidays!  It feels good to have all the parties and uninvitied treats behind us so we can focus on looking and feeling great for 2013!  Take advantage of the positive peer pressure all around us now to really progress toward your personal goals. 

 

Let's start 2013 with a Resolution kick-off Fitness Party!  Come to Zumba tonight at 9:00PM.  Wear bright colors and come start dancing off those sneaky pounds. I will bring the party favors!  Everyone that comes to class tomorrow night will leave with something.  Stickers and bracelets and all kinds of fun stuff for everyone starting on their resolutions.  I will also be doing the prize drawing for those that have been coming since Thanksgiving and I will have some new discount Zumbawear clothing items available before class.  So be there!   Let's start the year off with a huge party!  See you there!
