Hello ZUMBA-lovers and future-ZUMBA-lovers!

Saturday mornings at 7:30AM

I want everyone to get a chance to try out Zumba and have fun with us.  And to try this new studio.  It is brand new, clean and awesome!  The floors are cushioned for super-low impact on joints and body.  I think it's the best place around for Zumba!!  Come and see!

Classes are $5 each, OR save with a punch card of multiple classes.  See you there!

DITCH THE WORKOUT - JOIN THE PARTY!

This is the workout that feels like a party instead!  It's loud, it's bright, it's everyone dancing and having fun.  It feels like something you want to do, not something you should do!  So leave your hair down and come get your groove on!  I am always a little disappointed when the Zumba time is over, not to mention drenched in sweat!!  It is easy to love something when you are burning 500-1000 Calories per hour and having too much fun to notice!

               I have fallen in love with Zumba and I want to share my Zumba Love with you!!
